Who we are and what this policy covers
Regal Nexus Group Limited, Registration No. 191502280, operates the Regal Nexus Group website. In this policy, “Regal Nexus Group”, “we” and “us” refer to that company. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to [email protected].
This policy concerns personal information connected with website visits, inquiries and assessment bookings. It explains the information involved, its purposes, the providers supporting those activities and the choices available to you. Information shared during a paid engagement may also be covered by a separate service agreement, confidentiality terms or data-processing arrangement.
Information you choose to share
If you email us or request a conversation, we may receive your name, business or organisation, contact details, the subject of your inquiry and the contents of our correspondence. During an assessment, you may choose to explain operational challenges, existing processes or the support you are considering.
Please share only what is necessary for the initial discussion. Avoid sending passwords, payment information, employee records, customer databases or other sensitive material through an introductory message. If reviewing such information becomes necessary, an appropriate channel and handling arrangements should be agreed first.
If you provide information about another person, make sure you have an appropriate basis to do so and do not provide more than the inquiry requires.
Website visits and technical information
The website is delivered through Cloudflare. Requests to the site may involve technical information such as an IP address, browser and device characteristics, requested pages, access times and security events. This information can be used by the hosting and security infrastructure to deliver content, identify harmful traffic, investigate failures and maintain availability.
The records available to Regal Nexus Group depend on the services and settings in use. Technical information is not necessarily anonymous: some identifiers can relate to an individual or be associated with other records.
Assessment bookings
Assessment buttons link to Google Calendar. If you follow a booking link and submit details, Google processes information through its own service, and we receive the appointment information needed to arrange and conduct the conversation. The information requested is shown in the booking service at the time.
Booking an assessment does not subscribe you to a newsletter or create a paid engagement. You can use the booking service's available appointment controls or contact us if you need to change a booking. Google's own terms and privacy notice also apply to its service.
How and why information is used
Inquiry and booking information helps us respond to questions, arrange meetings, understand whether our services fit a business need, prepare proposals and manage the related correspondence. Information may also be needed to administer an agreed engagement, resolve concerns, protect our rights or meet applicable legal obligations.
Depending on the activity and the law that applies, processing may be connected with steps you request before an agreement, performance of an agreement, legal obligations, legitimate business or security interests, or consent where required. Where consent is relied on, it must be possible to withdraw it, subject to any separate lawful reason for retaining or using particular records.
The website currently has no newsletter sign-up or marketing subscription form. A request for an assessment is handled as an inquiry about services, rather than as a request for unrelated promotional messages.
Providers and other disclosures
Cloudflare supports website delivery and security. Google Calendar supports assessment scheduling. Email correspondence is handled through the email services used by the sender and recipient. These providers process information in connection with their services, subject to the relevant arrangements and their own responsibilities.
Relevant information may need to be shared with people supporting an inquiry or engagement, professional advisers, or authorities where disclosure is required by law. Sharing should be limited to what is appropriate for the purpose. A separate engagement may introduce other systems or providers, which should be addressed in its documentation before personal information is entrusted to them.
International processing
Internet infrastructure and service providers may process information in countries outside Tanzania or outside the country in which you are located. The place from which you access the website does not determine every place in which information is handled.
Where a transfer is subject to data-protection requirements, the relevant conditions, safeguards or authorisations must be addressed before it takes place. The services and transfer arrangements used for a specific client engagement may differ from those supporting this public website.
Retention and deletion
Personal information should be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for its purpose. Relevant considerations include whether an inquiry remains active, whether an engagement follows, whether a record is needed to address a complaint or dispute, and whether applicable law requires particular business records to be kept.
Different records may therefore have different retention periods. A deletion request does not always require immediate deletion of every record: legal requirements or the handling of a dispute may justify retaining particular information. Requests should be assessed and any relevant limits explained.
Protecting information
Personal information should be accessible only to people who need it for an authorised purpose and protected through appropriate technical and organisational measures. The arrangements needed depend on the nature of the information and the activity involved.
No website, email system or storage service can be guaranteed completely secure. If you believe information connected with an inquiry has been sent to the wrong place or exposed, contact us promptly so the concern can be assessed. Do not send further sensitive material as part of the initial report.
Cookies, analytics and automated decisions
The current website code does not set application cookies, use browser storage to remember visitors, or include advertising pixels or optional visitor analytics scripts. Its fonts are served with the website. Search and category filters on the Guides page operate within your browser; the page code does not send those search terms to us.
Hosting and security infrastructure may process request information or use technical mechanisms needed to deliver and protect the site. External services, including Google Calendar, may use their own cookies or storage when you visit them. Browser settings can help you inspect, block or remove cookies, although restrictions can affect external services.
The website's page search and navigation do not make decisions about your eligibility for services or use automated profiling to assess you. Any materially different use of personal information in a separate AI or automation engagement needs its own assessment and agreed handling arrangements.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may be able to request access to information about you, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, a restriction on use, or an objection to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on it. These rights can be subject to legal conditions and exceptions.
Send requests to [email protected], describing the request and the inquiry or appointment it concerns. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity and understand the records involved. Please do not send identity documents unless a suitable method and the need for them have been explained.
You can raise a concern with us and, where applicable, with the relevant supervisory authority. Tanzania's Personal Data Protection Commission provides information about data-subject rights and complaints.
Children and external websites
This website is directed to business and professional audiences, rather than to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through an inquiry, contact us so it can be assessed and handled appropriately.
Following an external link takes you to a service we do not control. For further information about the providers used for this website and bookings, see Cloudflare's Privacy Policy and Google's Privacy Policy.
Changes and contact
This policy is effective from 20 October 2026. We will update this notice when material changes affect the website's information handling. Earlier correspondence or a signed engagement may be governed by additional arrangements relevant to that relationship.
For questions about this policy, privacy requests or concerns, contact Regal Nexus Group Limited at [email protected].
