How this tool works

  1. Score evidence from 0 to 5 on diagnosis, integration, testing, handover, cost clarity and support. Record the basis and unresolved gaps.
  2. Fixed comparison weights are 25%, 20%, 20%, 15%, 10% and 10% respectively. They are a working model, not an industry benchmark.
  3. Confirmed critical requirements are listed before unresolved or failed requirements. Within each group, weighted scores determine order. A high score cannot override a critical failure.

A worked example

In the fictional comparison, provider B meets both critical requirements and appears before provider A even though provider A has a higher preference score and outstanding access-control evidence.

Questions before you use it

Does the top row identify the provider I should hire?

No. It structures a shortlist review. Verify references, written scope, acceptance criteria, terms and critical requirements before choosing a provider.

Who publishes this scorecard?

Regal Nexus Group, which also provides operational diagnostics and implementation services. The tool does not contain a proprietary provider ranking or independent certification.
